Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato Hummus Cups
- Endive leaves or romaine leaves
- Sabra hummus, any variety
- 1–2 Roma tomatoes, finely chopped
- Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Separate, wash, and dry endive or romaine leaves. Place them on a platter.
- Spoon a heaping tablespoon of hummus in the middle of the endive leaf and spread. Top with finely chopped tomatoes and crumbled bacon.
