Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato Hummus Cups

  • Endive leaves or romaine leaves
  • Sabra hummus, any variety
  • 12 Roma tomatoes, finely chopped
  • Bacon, cooked and crumbled


  1. Separate, wash, and dry endive or romaine leaves. Place them on a platter.
  2. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of hummus in the middle of the endive leaf and spread. Top with finely chopped tomatoes and crumbled bacon.
