Post-Workout Protein Powder Smoothie (Laura’s Favorite)

The best protein powder meets the best smoothie recipe! This is my personal favorite to have after a workout.  

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 frozen banana

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender in the order shown. Blend until smooth.
