Quick & Easy BLT Lettuce Wraps

This BLT Lettuce Wrap is a low-carb twist on your favorite sandwich. It’s easy, delicious and filling making it a great lunch or dinner idea. 


  • 8 large lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 large tomato, sliced thin
  • Ranch dressing for drizzling


  1. Make a base for the wraps with two lettuce leaves. 
  2. Top each lettuce base with chopped bacon and tomato slices. Drizzle with ranch dressing if eating immediately; otherwise, pack the dressing in small lidded containers.
  3. Fold lettuce leaves over and the sides in and pack inside a lunch container.
