Taco Pizza

What’s your favorite way to jazz up a plain cheese pizza? It’s all about the toppings!! Here are 3 of my favorite combinations over my favorite cheesy, thin-crust pizza.

Ingredients

  • 1 Freschetta Gluten Free Cheese Pizza
  • 3/4 cup cooked, seasoned ground beef (about 4-6 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo, drained of liquid
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Place frozen cheese pizza on a flat surface and top with cooked beef, black olives, and pico de gallo.
  3. Bake, 12-15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is melted throughout.
  4. Remove from oven and top with avocado slices, sour cream (middle of pizza), and cilantro.
