Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats

Make these healthy Cinnamon apple overnight oats for a delicious breakfast meal prep everyone will look forward to enjoying. 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 3 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

 

  1. Fill each jar with 1/2 cup oats, 3/4 cup milk, and stir.
  2. In a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add apples and cinnamon and cook stirring, for about 3 to 5 minutes until they have softened. Once the apples are soft, add in the maple syrup and turn off the heat.
  3. Distribute apple mixture into the 4 jars, cover, and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
  4. Enjoy cold or warmed up for 30 seconds in the microwave.
