In a large bowl, place flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg, butter, and vanilla. Mix until there are no visible lumps and the batter is smooth.
In a large griddle over medium heat, melt some butter or oil. Pour 1/4 cup of batter and once it starts to bubble, flip and cook an additional minute on the other side.
Cook remaining pancake batter and serve with butter and Cinnamon Syrup.
