Perfectly seared chicken pieces so you have juicy chicken every time.

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil, for cooking

  1. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes on a large cutting board. Sprinkle the salt, black pepper, and garlic powder over the chicken pieces and toss to coat.
  2. In a large cast-iron or stainless steel skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken pieces in an even layer and cook undisturbed for 4 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F.
  4. Remove from heat and add to your favorite recipe or serve with dipping sauce.

You can replace the garlic powder, salt, and pepper with 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons of your favorite seasoning blend.
