Crockpot Sweet Potatoes

These crockpot sweet potatoes are perfectly cooked in the center and taste like they were oven-baked.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes

 

Instructions

  1. Gently wash the sweet potatoes with warm water to remove any dirt and debris from the skin. Leave a little water on each potato; this will provide moisture as they cook.
  2. Using a fork, prick the skin of each potato. 
  3. Place the potatoes in the bottom of the baking dish. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours until the potatoes are fork-tender.
