Follow this step-by-step almond flour recipe you can make at home with one ingredient. It’s perfect for grain-free baked goods, pancakes, biscuits, and more!

  • 1 1/2 cups blanched almonds

  1. Place the blanched almond in a food processor or blender and cover. Process on low speed until the almonds turn into a sand-like consistency.
  2. Stop, check the flour for coarse pieces, and process until it’s powdery. Transfer the flour to a flour sifter or mesh bowl and sift into a large bowl.
  3. Store the almond flour in an airtight container and store it in a cool, dry place for 3 months.
