Grilled Beef Kabobs Marinade

Ingredients

Units
  • 2 lbs beef sirloin, cubed
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 garlic cloves, grated
  • 3 tablespoons dried basil (or Italian seasoning)
  • 1 teaspoon ground white (or black) pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red chili paste (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large zip bag, place all ingredients and shake to combine. Insert beef chunks in the bag and marinade 15 to 45 minutes before grilling.
  2. Remove beef from the bag, poke through skewers, and discard marinade.
