High in protein and packed with flavor this chocolate peanut butter dip is the best ever! 


  • 6 ounces vanilla yogurt*
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • Strawberries, apple slices, and other fruit for dipping


  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy!



You can use regular or Greek yogurt. If using Greek yogurt, the dip will be thicker. For added crunch, add 1 teaspoon of chia seeds when mixing ingredients.
