Taco Loaded Sweet Potatoes

- 4 medium sweet potatoes, baked
- 15 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
- Sour cream
