  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated or crushed
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 1/22 pound salmon piece

  1. Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking pan with foil, making sure there is enough extra on each side to fold over the fish.
  2. Place salmon on top of the baking pan, skin side down.
  3. In a bowl, combine honey, grated garlic, olive oil, vinegar, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour glaze over the salmon and fold over the foil to fully cover the salmon on all four sides.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, without opening the foil until the final minute to make sure it’s cooked through. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
