Easy gluten-free pancakes with Brandless’ Gluten-Free Pancake & Waffle Mix
In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, butter, and egg. Stir in the mix until combined.
Preheat large skillet or griddle to medium and lightly grease. Pour less than 1/4 cup of batter onto hot griddle. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until bubbles form on top of pancakes and bottoms are golden brown.
Flip, and cook 1 to 2 minutes longer.
