Jambalaya Pasta full of New Orlean’s flavor!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Creole mustard
  • 1/21 teaspoon favorite Creole seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse, transfer to a large bowl and cool completely.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
