A tangy, sweet Maple Dijon Vinaigrette that takes less than 2 minutes to shake up and drizzle over your favorite salads. 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a lidded jar, add the apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, olive oil, and salt. Cover with lid and shake until ingredients are combined. Refrigerate the leftover dressing for 1 week or up to a month.
