1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
In a lidded jar, add the apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, olive oil, and salt. Cover with lid and shake until ingredients are combined. Refrigerate the leftover dressing for 1 week or up to a month.
