No-cook healthy berry oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 3 cups old fashioned oats
  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Divide the oat among four bowls.
  2. Top each bowl with berries and about 1/2 cup milk.
  3. Drizzle with honey and enjoy.
