Grain-Free Paleo Oatmeal

a delicious paleo oatmeal recipe you can whip up fast in the blender. Heat it up in the microwave for an “instant” warm grain-free oatmeal or on the stove.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax meal
  • 2 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • Berries, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the cashews, walnuts, chia seeds, flaxseed, almond milk, and cinnamon.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Let sit in the blender for 5 minutes to thicken.   
  3. Warm it up on the stove and divide into bowls; or transfer a serving into a bowl, microwave it for 1 minute, stir, and continue for an additional 30-seconds until hot. 
  4. Serve topped with berries.
