Try this prune juice smoothie for a delicious and healthy snack with fiber, vitamins, and all the benefits of prune juice.  

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Prune Juice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups of ice

Instructions

    1. Add the ingredients in the order listed to a blender jar. Process until smooth and divide between 4 glasses.
