For times when you need to get your "healthy snacking" on, these Hummus Stuffed Celery Stalks come to the rescue!

These Hummus Stuffed Celery Stalks are a healthy snack when you need a pick-me-up in the afternoon and a terrific party appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 6 celery stalks, washed and cut into 3” pieces
  • 8oz container Sabra hummus, favorite variety
  • 4oz Kalamata olives, chopped
  • 4oz crumbled Feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Place celery stalks on a flat surface. Fill each stalk with hummus. Top with chopped Kalamata olives and Feta cheese.
  2. Refrigerate up to 2 days.
