Spiralized Zucchini & Tomatoes

This spiralized zucchini dish comes together with simple and fresh ingredients.


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 23 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Pinch red crushed pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large zucchini, spiralized


  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat up oil. Add the minced garlic and toast for about 30 seconds. Add in tomatoes, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and salt. Stir and cook, until cherry tomatoes begin to soften, about 3 to 5 minutes, stirring often.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low; mix in spiralized zucchini, toss to combine, and cover. Simmer covered for 3 minutes, or until desired doneness of zucchini.
  3. Serve immediately.
