Have dinner ready in 15 minutes with these Taco Lettuce Cups! Full of classic taco flavor, this is a gluten and grain free meal everyone will love.

1 tablespoon oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 pound ground beef or turkey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons homemade taco seasoning
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1–2 Boston Bibb lettuce heads, leaves removed
Shredded Mexican cheese, chunky salsa, diced avocado, chopped cilantro, lime wedges, for garnishing and serving
On alarge skilletover medium-high heat, warm up oil. Add chopped onion and sauté for about 3 minutes until it begins to soften. Add meat and garlic; season with salt and taco seasoning. Continue to cook, breaking up the meat as it cooks, for about 5-7 minutes until it’s cooked through. Turn off heat, cover, and gather remaining garnishing ingredients.
Plate 1-2 lettuce cups on a plate, fill with beef mixture, and top with favorite toppings and garnishes.
