Baked Chicken Breasts

How to get perfectly baked chicken breasts every time! 


  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves grated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 23 large (1 lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts


  1. Add the marinade ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until combined.
  2. Place the chicken breasts into a large zip bag, add the marinade, and seal. Marinate for 30 minutes- 4 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375F (190C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Place the chicken breasts onto a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F (75C).
  5. Remove from the oven and allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
