1headbroccoli, cut into florets, or a 16-ounce bag
2large carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally
2tablespoonsolive oil

Instructions
Prep the oven:
Preheat the oven to 400F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season:
Place the broccoli florets and sliced carrots onto the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, seasoning, and salt. Toss to coat and make sure they are spread out in an even layer.
Bake:
Bake for 20 minutes or until the veggies are golden brown and tender. Remove from heat, and serve.
Notes
Some seasonings that work well for this recipe are Veggie seasoning, Taco seasoning, curry powder, Italian seasoning, Cajun seasoning, and Jerk Seasoning.
