Instructions
Make the packs
Divide the spinach, mango, pineapple, clementines, and banana between freezer bags.
Press out the air, seal the bags, and label each one with the smoothie flavor and how much liquid to add.
Freeze flat until ready to use.
Blend
Empty one freezer pack into a blender.
Add about 2 cups of your favorite liquid.
Blend until smooth, adding more liquid as needed.
Notes
Use this simple formula to create your own smoothie freezer packs:
2 cups fruit
1 cup greens
1 creamy ingredient, like banana, mango, avocado, or ½ cup yogurt (added when blending)
2 cups liquid, added when blending
Optional add-ins like protein powder, chia seeds, flaxseed, oats, or nut butter are best added when blending instead of freezing.
