Blend the berries and the maple syrup (or honey) until smooth. You can use an immersion blender, food processor, or bullet blender.
Place the popsicle molds in the holder with the molds open. Fill the mold ¼ of the way up with yogurt, add a couple of tablespoons of the berry puree, top with yogurt, and a bit more puree. Use a skewer or popsicle stick to swirl the two (as much or as little as you like), then place the popsicle and lid on top.
