2
teaspoons
chia seeds

optional
1
cup
diced mango
Instructions
Fill the jars:
Fill each jar with ½ cup of old-fashioned oats, ¾ cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of chia seeds, and ½ cup of diced mango. Stir to combine.
Refrigerate:
Cover the jars with a lid and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Serve:
Warm up for 30 seconds in the microwave, or enjoy cold.
When I'm feeling extra, I love to drizzle these with some nut butter and a couple of cashews.
Notes
For more protein, swap the ¾ cup of milk in each jar for ½ cup of Greek yogurt and ¼ cup of water or milk (a total of 1 cup yogurt and ½ cup milk).
