1 ½lbsfresh broccoli, 1-2 crowns, cut into florets

Instructions
Prep:
Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Wash and trim the broccoli so the florets are similar in size. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
Season:
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, grated garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the broccoli florets and toss to coat the veggies with the seasoning.
Roast:
Spread the broccoli onto the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until the florets are tender and the edges golden brown.
Make it cheese:
Remove the roasted broccoli from the oven, transfer the cooked broccoli back into the large bowl, and toss it with the grated parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
