Endive leaves or romaine leaves
Sabra hummus

any variety

Roma tomatoes

finely chopped
Bacon
,
cooked and crumbled
Instructions
Separate, wash, and dry endive or romaine leaves. Place them on a platter.
Spoon a heaping tablespoon of hummus in the middle of the endive leaf and spread. Top with finely chopped tomatoes and crumbled bacon.
