Ingredients

Naan flatbread or pita bread
3
tablespoons
ricotta cheese
1
egg
Salt and pepper
,
to taste
Sriracha
½
teaspoon
honey
Instructions
Prep:
Lightly toast the naan or pita in a toaster, toaster oven, or on a pan for about 1 minute per side.
Spread the ricotta cheese onto the toasted surface.
Cook:
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Grease it and crack the egg on the pan. Cook the egg sunny side up or overeasy, your choice.
Assemble:
Use a spatula to remove the egg from the pan and place it on top of the ricotta. Season it by sprinkling some salt and pepper over the top.
Drizzle sriracha over the top, as much or as little as you want. Drizzle the honey over the sriracha to balance out the spice.
