Put them in a bowl with water to soak for 5 minutes. Drain water. You do this so the Brussels sprouts have some moisture inside of the air fryer and they don’t come out dry and burnt.
Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and toss to coat well. Meanwhile, preheat air fryer to 360F for 5 minutes.

Cook the Brussels sprouts for 12 minutes, shaking the fryer basket at least twice while roasting.
