Ingredients
For the salmon bites:

skinless salmon fillets

cut into 1-inch pieces

salmon seasoning*

olive oil
For the Salmon Seasoning:
1 ½
teaspoons
onion powder
,
or granulated
1 ½
teaspoons
garlic powder
1 ½
teaspoons
oregano
1 ½
teaspoons
paprika
½
teaspoon
salt
¼
teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
Prep:
On a large cutting board, cube the salmon pieces. Transfer them into a large bowl.
In a small bowl, combine the salmon seasoning spices and set aside.
Season the salmon:
Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and toss to coat the salmon pieces.
This helps the seasoning stick and gives the salmon a crisp outer texture.
Sprinkle the seasoning over the salmon and toss to coat.
Cook:
Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400F. Once the air fryer is preheated, spray the air fryer basket
-or use an air fryer liner.
Arrange the salmon pieces in one row, allowing some room between each piece for the air to flow.
Cook at 400°F for 6 to 7 minutes, stopping halfway through cooking to turn the salmon pieces over using kitchen tongs.
