Instructions
Place the blanched almond in a food processor or blender and cover. Process on low speed until the almonds turn into a sand-like consistency.
Stop, check the flour for coarse pieces, and process until it's powdery. Transfer the flour to a flour sifter or mesh bowl and sift into a large bowl.
Store the almond flour in an airtight container and store it in a cool, dry place for 3 months.
Notes
This recipe yields 1 and ½ cups of almond flour.
