Preheat the oven to 400F with the oven rack positioned in the middle of the oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook the bacon in the microwave or stove until crispy. On a chopping board, coarsely chop the bacon into small pieces and set aside.
Assemble:
Spread the refrigerated pizza dough on the parchment paper. If using naan, place them on top.
Brush olive oil on top of the pizza dough or naan and lightly sprinkle the garlic powder and the chopped spinach. Top with mozzarella cheese and chopped bacon pieces.
Bake:
With traditional pizza crust: bake the pizza in the preheated oven for a total of 16 to 18 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the pizza from the oven and crack the eggs on top. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8 minutes until the egg whites are set.
Using naan: crack the eggs on top of the naan. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for a total of 8 to 10 minutes until the egg whites are set.
Remove the breakfast pizza from the oven and slice.
