Say hi to a new morning favorite with all the classic breakfast flavors from bacon and eggs in a cheesy pizza everyone will devour.

Easy Bacon Breakfast Pizza
Mornings are quite hectic during the week, so the weekends are my favorite moment to serve something special, like this bacon and egg breakfast pizza! My kids love this pizza so much that it has become part of our weekly breakfast-for-dinner rotation.
You can use a traditional pizza dough or naan for single, easy-to-customize pizzas. If you know me a little, you probably know I always try to add extra nutrition in my family’s favorite meals, so in this recipe, I include chopped spinach because… who will complain about it if it’s mixed with cheese and bacon? Exactly.
Ingredients
This recipe includes basic breakfast stables, a pizza base, and a few extra add-ins to make this morning meal even tastier and more nutritious! You’ll find the printable recipe card below, but first, here’s what I include:
- Bacon: cooked crispy bacon is the most delicious breakfast classic! No bacon? Ham makes a great swap.
- Pizza dough: or you can use naan for individual breakfast pizzas.
- Olive oil: add extra flavor to the pizza base.
- Garlic powder: a little goes a long way for extra deliciousness.
- Eggs: is it really breakfast without them?
- Spinach: chop it to sneak nutrition in every bite!
- Shredded mozzarella: every pizza calls for it! Of course, you can use any other cheese.
Do You Cook Bacon Before Putting it on Pizza?
Yes! You shouldn’t add raw meat to any pizza, so before assembling your breakfast pizza, cook the bacon in the microwave or on the stovetop to make it deliciously crispy. Once cooked, chop it, and it’s ready to add as a topping!
How to Make a Breakfast Pizza with Bacon & Eggs
This bacon and egg breakfast pizza is just as simple to make as any other pizza. I just add a quick step to add the eggs, and that’s all! Check out how the easy process looks like:
- Prep the oven
Line a baking sheet while the oven preheats with the rack in the middle. - Prep the bacon
You want to cook the bacon in the microwave or the stovetop before adding it to your pizza. - Assemble
On top of your pizza dough or naan, brush olive oil, and add garlic powder, spinach, mozzarella cheese, and bacon pieces. - Bake
If using a traditional pizza crust, you’ll bake the pizza 16-18 minutes, stopping after 10 minutes to crack the eggs on top. If using naan, crack the eggs first and then bake the pizza for 8-10 minutes. - Enjoy!
Serve the pizza slices and enjoy!

Breakfast Pizza Toppings
Another reason to love pizza for breakfast is that it is super simple to customize with your favorite toppings and a tasty way to repurpose leftovers from the week! Here are some delicious ideas for you bacon breakfast pizza:
- Sausage
- Ham
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Mushrooms
- Beans
- Cauliflower rice
Storing Leftovers
Have breakfast pizza leftovers? Enjoy them later by storing them in an airtight container or wrapped with plastic in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can reheat them in the oven or the toaster oven. The microwave also works, but the texture won’t be as crispy!
