Whenever I need a quick snack or a simple appetizer that will please a crowd, I make these delicious Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato Hummus bites!

Ingredients

Romaine lettuce leaves
½
cup
hummus
,
any variety

Roma tomatoes
,
diced
2
strips
bacon
,
cooked and crumbled
Instructions
Prep:
Separate, wash, and dry the lettuce leaves. Place them on a platter.
Cook the bacon in the microwave or preferred method until crispy. Finely chop it into pieces.
Assemble:
Spoon a heaping tablespoon of hummus in the middle of the leaf and spread.
Top with finely chopped tomatoes and crumbled bacon.
