In a large bowl, add the wet ingredients and mix them well. Next, measure and add the Bisquick to the bowl, mixing until there's no visible dry mix left. Some lumps are ok.
Cook:
Heat a non-stick griddle or large pan over medium heat. Once hot, grease, spray, or melt butter on the hot surface. When using an electric griddle, heat it somewhere between 300 and 350F.
Immediately, pour ¼ cup of batter onto the greased surface and cook the pancakes for 2 minutes, until the edges begin to look defined and bubbles form. Flip the pancakes over and cook for another 2 minutes on the other side. Avoid pressing down on the pancake after flipping and only flip once. Remove the pancakes from the pan onto a plate and keep them warm while you cook the rest of the batter.
Serve:
Top your pancake stack with your favorite syrups and toppings.
Notes
You can add 1 mashed ripe banana to the batter, ½ cup of chocolate chips, 1 cup of blueberries or diced strawberries, or a teaspoon of cinnamon, and totally transform your pancakes made with a biscuit mix!
