Instructions
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Transfer it into a jar and store it in the pantry for up to 6 months.
Notes
This recipe yields just under ½ cup, enough seasoning for 4 to 5 pounds of chicken.
For every 1lb of chicken, use approximately 1 ½ tablespoons of seasoning.
