1-ounce/28g fully cooked turkey breakfast sausage patties

baby spinach, chopped

flour tortillas

warmed
Pineapple salsa
Instructions
Prep:
Heat up the sausage patties according to the package directions.
Assemble:
Sprinkle some chopped spinach onto each tortilla and top with a large spoonful of pineapple salsa.
Cut sausage patties in half and place two halves on each taco. Fold and serve!
