Place the chicken breasts into the dish of a slow cooker. Pour the buffalo sauce over the chicken, and stir to combine- cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or high for 4 to 5 hours.
Assemble the sliders:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Once the chicken is cooked through, shred the meat with two forks and toss to coat with the sauce.
On a flat surface, halve each Hawaiian roll, top 8 with buffalo chicken, green onions, dressing, and Provolone cheese.
Assemble the sliders and place them into the pan. Top with Bleu cheese crumbles and cover the pan with aluminum foil.
Bake:
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
Remove from oven, allow to rest for 2 minutes and serve.
