Fill each jar with ½ cup oats, ½ cup milk, ¼ cup yogurt, 2 teaspoons brown sugar, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon vanilla. If adding chia or flax meal, add ½-1 teaspoon of each per jar. Mix the contents of the jar with a spoon and cover with a lid.
Chill:
Refrigerate the jars for 4 to 8 hours or overnight.
Serve:
Enjoy the overnight oats cold or warm up in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Then top it with one of the toppings and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Topping Options:
Top each jar with additional vanilla yogurt.
Mix ¼ cup whipped topping with ¼ teaspoon vanilla for a frosting-like topping.
Mix ¼ cup whipped topping with 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder for a higher protein option.
