When you crave a cinnamon roll for breakfast, make these creamy overnight oats instead for a healthy option.

Cinnamon Bun Overnight Oatmeal
My family has a thing for cinnamon rolls, which led me to create epic cinnamon roll pancakes and cinnamon coffee cake muffins. But for busy mornings, the quickest fix are these cinnamon roll overnight oats.
It has all those delicious flavors we love from the bun, with the convenience and nutrition of creamy overnight oats. Totally a winner!
Ingredients
Old-fashioned oats, regular or non-dairy milk, Greek vanilla yogurt, and vanilla are the base of classic overnight oats. For the flavor twist, you’ll add brown sugar and cinnamon.
How to Make Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats
The three simple steps to make this breakfast are:
- Fill each jar with half the ingredients, then stir to combine.
- Let it chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve the oatmeal cold or microwave it to warm. Add cinnamon and vanilla yogurt or whipped topping, and enjoy!

How Long Do They Last In the Fridge
Overnight oats last up to 4 days in the fridge. Longer than that, the texture of the oats changes. Keep in mind that if you add berries to the mix, the fruit will get mushy after 2 days.
