Instructions
Assemble:
Place lettuce in the bottom of a lunch container. Top with the veggies, cheese and canned chicken. Drizzle with dressing if eating the salad right away. If not, wait to pour the dressing.
Pack it for lunch:
Use a small lidded container to pack the salad dressing. Refrigerate the salad and dressing until it's time to pack for office lunch. Pack in a lunch bag with an ice pack.
