In a large skillet, cook the meat with taco seasoning over medium-high heat while breaking up the chunks with a wooden spoon into small pieces as it cooks. Once cooked, drain off the fat and return the meat to the skillet.
Heat up the taco bowls:
While the beef cooks, heat up the tortilla bowls on a baking sheet in the oven at 250F for about 6 minutes, just until they're warm. You can also microwave them for 30 seconds right before serving.
Assemble:
Assemble the taco boats by filling each tortilla bowl with the cooked seasoned meat. Top it with your favorite taco toppings such as shredded cheese, salsa, avocado, and sour cream.
