Easy to make in the skillet, these taco boats solve dinner in 20 minutes and give a fun twist to your taco night!

Ground Beef Taco Boats
Beef tacos are always a hit at my house, and this version keeps the beefy filling we all love and serves it inside a taco boat.
The boat is simply a soft tortilla bowl that’s easy to fill and load up with toppings, something that can be a challenge when using lettuce wraps for tacos.
How to Make Taco Boats
The simple steps to make these amazing taco boats are:
- Cook the beef in a large skillet while breaking up the chunks with a wooden spoon. Once done, drain off the fat.
- Heat up the taco bowls in the oven or the microwave. Warm them up while the beef is cooking.
- Fill the taco bowls with the cooked beef and top them with your favorite toppings.

Toppings and Variations
Feel free to add your favorite beef taco toppings; mine are shredded cheese, salsa, avocado, and sour cream!
Want to customize this taco boats? Easy peasy! Swap the protein and make rotisserie chicken tacos or salmon tacos served in taco bowls.

Easy Sides
Serve these taco boats with tasty sides you can assemble super fast, like this corn and black bean salsa, an easy side salad, or this 10-minute Mexican cauliflower rice!
