Ingredients

water

fresh kale

frozen mixed berries

3 cups thawed if making in a juicer
Instructions
Blender Instructions
To a blender jar, add the water, kale or spinach, and berries. Cover with lid and process until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve.
Juicer Instructions
Place a large cup directly beneath the juicer spout.
Turn the juicer on, and working one at a time, place the kale and berries into the shoot, using the plunger to press them down.
*Omit the water.
Power off the juicer and divide the juice between 2 glasses, adding water to dilute, if necessary.
