These honey mustard chicken thighs are baked in the oven and packed with flavor in every bite.

Instructions
Prep:
Preheat the oven to 425F and position the oven rack in the middle of the oven.
Remove excess fat from the chicken thighs and pat them dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, garlic, oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Assemble:
Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish or cast-iron skillet. Spoon the honey mustard mixture over the tops of the thighs.
Bake:
Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and registers 175F.
Notes
Swap the dried herbs for fresh:
1 ½ teaspoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
1 ½ teaspoons finely chopped fresh thyme
