Fill each jar with ½ cup of old-fashioned oats, ¾ cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of chia seeds, and lemon zest. Stir to combine. Top each jar with ½ cup blueberries and a little more lemon zest if your heart desires.
Refrigerate:
Cover the jars with a lid and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Serve:
Warm up for 30 seconds in the microwave, or enjoy cold. When I'm feeling extra, I love to sprinkle some coconut flakes.

For more protein, swap the ¾ cup of milk in each jar for ½ cup of Greek yogurt and ¼ cup of water or milk (a total of 1 cup yogurt and ½ cup milk).
