Instructions
Fill the jars:
Fill each jar with ½ cup of old-fashioned oats, ¾ cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, and 1 teaspoon of honey, if using. Stir to combine.
Refrigerate:
Cover the jars with a lid and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Serve:
Warm up for 30 seconds in the microwave, or enjoy cold. Top with banana slices and a drizzle of peanut butter to be a little extra.
