TIP: Since baby carrots are usually wet when they come out of the bag, I recommend placing them on top of a few paper towels and patting them dry to absorb the excess moisture. This helps the seasonings and oil adhere to the baby carrots.
In a medium bowl, add the baby carrots, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss them around well to coat all the baby carrots well.

Once the air fryer is done preheating, transfer the baby carrots into the air fryer basket, with or without the tray, and cook them at 370F for 12 to 15 minutes, opening the air fryer to shake the carrots halfway through cooking.
When the baby carrots are tender through the middle, they're done. Remove them from the air fryer basket and serve.
